What Is Happiness?

The road will be mastered by the going. What is the happiness?
Everyone understands it by own self, certainly. And, certainly, it is different at various times even for the same person. Here some of dictionary definitions of happiness: «Happiness is a satisfaction condition in wished».

«Happiness is a condition of satisfaction, well-being, pleasure from completeness of a life, from satisfaction a life». Hardly there will be a person in the world, who would not like happiness, isn’t that so? Perhaps, it will not an exaggeration to tell that each person wishes it for oneself and consciously aspires to it, makes all possible efforts or at least their part for happiness achievement. Or dreams of how it will come once, unexpectedly and irrevocably have changed a life, lighting up all around by itself.

Why such happiness remains fine, but unattainable dream, despite all aspirations and enormous expenses of forces? You had to think of it, didn’t you? Most likely – yes, if you read these lines. And perhaps you are familiar with sensation when hands fall after failure, and on a question «how to change a life for the best» there is no suitable answer even at a seeming abundance of variants.

And then immemorial drilling “why” starts to turn in a head incessantly: «Why is it so? Why is it with me? » – increasing a distance between today and the future happiness. And swift-flowing time inevitably moves, and today becomes yesterday – one more day of unfulfilled desire, turned in a list of the same. While we think, we suffer, feel distressed over it, we lose instants of the present, and happiness all does not come nearer. Why?

All the matter is that only conscious motivation is not enough for finding happiness. To want and to be is not the same, – simple to banality and convincing true to a transparency. And the purpose of today’s conversation is not the happiness and wellness recipe, but a determination of stages of construction of a way to it.

Try to imagine that between you and consciously desirable there are not realized reasons of today’s difficulties. You cannot guess them because they hide in sub consciousness corners, but you can always feel, see them in a mind. As soon as you want, – you can feel them because they are in you. And not simply are, and are shown, constantly painting the world by the paints. How? – Differently.

For example, in the form of the stereotypic reactions defining ordinary behavior, a choice and actions. Agree, that person not always thinks of the actions, often enough they are carried out automatically – on a habit. In the same way, as the adult person instantly answers the roughness addressed to him or as instantly takes offence at him, or … – in general, the gear of stereotypic reaction is started.

During this instant he becomes the ruler of the owner. And the owner is … who what you think? That’s he, a person. These stereotypes are not one and not two and to count them, perhaps, it is not simple: we do not notice them usually as we do not notice, especially, own dependence on them.
